Description

A delightful one-pan meal combining succulent chicken thighs, vibrant broccoli, and sweet pineapple in a rich teriyaki sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 lb chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 3/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 1/4 cup pineapple
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 lb broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare a large sheet pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  3. Cut the chicken thighs into 1-inch chunks for even cooking.
  4. Transfer the chicken to a mixing bowl and add the teriyaki sauce, garlic powder, and pineapple.
  5. Stir until the chicken is well-coated with the sauce mixture.
  6. Add the broccoli florets to the bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Toss everything together until the broccoli is evenly mixed with the chicken and sauce.
  8. Spread the chicken, broccoli, and pineapple mixture across the prepared sheet pan in a single layer.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the broccoli is tender.
  10. Garnish with additional pineapple or sesame seeds if desired before serving.

Notes

For deeper flavor, marinate the chicken in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes before cooking. It’s best enjoyed fresh out of the oven.
