- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 4 oz jar diced pimentos (drained)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the shredded sharp cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses in a mixing bowl.
- Add the mayonnaise and mix until well combined.
- Stir in the diced pimentos.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
