- 8 oz pasta (spaghetti or linguine)
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup pesto sauce
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta and pesto sauce to the skillet. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Serve topped with grated Parmesan and fresh basil.
