Instructions
- Combine rolled oats, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture into a lined muffin tin or silicone cupcake molds.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips in the microwave or a double boiler.
- Drizzle or spoon the melted chocolate over the oat cups.
- Refrigerate for about 15-20 minutes, or until set.
- Remove from molds and enjoy your no-bake treats!
