Description

Enjoy a magical breakfast of creamy oats, rich peanut butter, and fruity jam, all prepared the night before.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 8 tablespoons peanut butter (plus extra for smudging onto the jar)
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 8 tablespoons chia seed jam (plus more for topping)


Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients but the chia seed jam in a bowl and stir until well combined.
  2. Cover with a lid or plastic and refrigerate for at least 180 minutes or overnight.
  3. Layer with overnight oats into jars by filling a third of the jar with the overnight oats.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons of jam on top.
  5. Finish off the jar with the remaining overnight oats over top of the jam.
  6. Top with extra jam and/or berries, peanuts.

Notes

Store in airtight jars for up to 5 days in the fridge or freeze individual servings for up to a month.
