Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust
  • 4 peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and fit it into a tart pan.
  3. Cream the butter and sugar together in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
  4. Add in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the almond meal, flour, vanilla extract, and salt until combined.
  6. Spread the frangipane mixture evenly over the pie crust.
  7. Arrange the sliced peaches on top of the frangipane layer.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the tart is golden brown.
