- 4 ripe peaches, sliced
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Mix flour, oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter until crumbly; press half of this mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
- Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Layer the sliced peaches over the cheesecake, then crumble the remaining oat mixture on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before cutting into bars and serving.
Notes
Use fresh, ripe peaches for the best flavor. Let bars cool completely before cutting.
