A delightful summer salad combining grilled peaches, creamy burrata, mixed greens, and balsamic glaze for a refreshing experience.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 8 ounces burrata cheese
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Brush the peaches with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes or until grill marks appear. Remove from grill and let cool slightly.

  5. Top the greens with the grilled peaches and tear the burrata cheese over the top.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with fresh basil before serving.

Notes

For extra crunch, consider adding nuts or seeds. Fresh herbs make a big difference in flavor.
