- 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 8 ounces burrata cheese
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Brush the peaches with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes or until grill marks appear. Remove from grill and let cool slightly.
- Arrange the mixed greens on a serving platter.
- Top the greens with the grilled peaches and tear the burrata cheese over the top.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
