Instructions
- Cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned.
- Add chopped onions, carrots, and celery, cooking until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and grated parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
- Add spinach, cooking until wilted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot with crusty bread.
