Description

Deliciously crispy air-fried carrots coated in garlic and Parmesan, perfect for a quick and healthy side dish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Carrots
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and slice the carrots into even sticks.
  3. Toss the carrot sticks in a mixing bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
  4. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the carrots and toss again.
  5. Place the carrots in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the carrots are crispy and golden brown.
  7. Serve hot as a side dish.

Notes

For best quality, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in air fryer for 5 minutes at 350°F.
