- 1 lb Carrots
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel and slice the carrots into even sticks.
- Toss the carrot sticks in a mixing bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the carrots and toss again.
- Place the carrots in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the carrots are crispy and golden brown.
- Serve hot as a side dish.
Notes
For best quality, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in air fryer for 5 minutes at 350°F.
