- 1 large jicama
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Peel the jicama and cut it into fries.
- Boil the jicama fries in water for about 10-15 minutes until slightly tender.
- Drain and let them cool.
- Mix the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Toss the cooled jicama fries in the seasoning mix until evenly coated.
- Spread the fries out on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot.
