Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Set up a breading station: flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and bread crumbs in a third.
- Dip each piece of chicken in flour, then eggs, and finally coat with bread crumbs.
- Place the chicken pieces on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- While chicken is baking, prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Cook the sauce until it thickens slightly.
- Once chicken is done, toss it in the sauce.
- Serve over a bowl of brown rice.
Notes
For an extra crispy finish, use panko bread crumbs. Marinate the chicken in the sauce mixture for deeper flavor.
