Description

Indulge in these decadent Oreo Truffles, a perfect blend of chocolate and creamy Oreo goodness, great for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (15.35 oz) Oreo cookies
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 package (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
  • Optional: additional chocolate chips or sprinkles for coating/decoration


Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until they are fine crumbs.
  2. Mix the crushed Oreo cookies with the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl until thoroughly combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.
  5. Melt the semisweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  6. Dip each chilled Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are completely coated.
  7. Place the dipped truffles back onto the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Decorate while the chocolate is still soft; you can sprinkle some crushed Oreos or drizzle with white chocolate if desired.
  9. Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set before serving.
