Instructions
- Boil the octopus in a pot of salted water for about 30-40 minutes, or until tender. Drain and let cool.
- Cut the octopus into bite-sized pieces once cooled.
- Combine the octopus, lime juice, red onion, cilantro, chiles, and salt in a bowl. Mix well.
- Let the mixture marinate in the refrigerator for about 15-30 minutes.
- Serve chilled with tortillas or tortilla chips.
