- 1 ½ cups Graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup Granulated sugar
- ½ cup Unsalted butter, melted
- Pinch of salt
- 24 oz Cream cheese, full-fat, softened
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 3 Large eggs
- ½ cup Sour cream, full-fat
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon All-purpose flour
- ½ cup Nutella
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and a pinch of salt in a medium bowl.
- Pour in the melted butter and mix until thoroughly moistened.
- Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden and fragrant. Let cool slightly.
- Beat softened cream cheese on medium speed in a large bowl until smooth. Gradually add granulated sugar.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition.
- Add sour cream and vanilla extract; mix gently.
- Mix in flour until just combined.
- Pour cheesecake batter over the cooled crust and smooth the top.
- Dollop Nutella over the batter and swirl it in with a knife.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes until edges are set and center has a slight jiggle.
- Cool in the oven for an hour, then cool completely on a wire rack.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Lift the bars out of the pan using the parchment paper and slice into bars.
Notes
For a sugar-free version, consider using sugar substitutes like stevia or monk fruit. Allow the bars to chill overnight for best flavor.
