Description

A soothing Noodle Soup made with fideo noodles, sautéed garlic, and spices, perfect for cozy evenings.


Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup fideo (thin Mexican noodles)
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish


Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and garlic; sauté until translucent.
