A delicious and easy-to-make No-Bake Oreo Mint Pie that combines the rich flavors of Oreo cookies and refreshing mint.

- 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1 cup whipped topping
- Chocolate shavings or additional crushed Oreos for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter until well mixed.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar and peppermint extract to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped topping gently until fully incorporated.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust evenly.
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings or additional crushed Oreos.
Notes
- For a stronger mint flavor, increase the amount of peppermint extract.
- Make sure the cream cheese is softened for easier mixing.
- This pie can be made a day in advance for convenience.
