Description

A delicious and easy-to-make No-Bake Oreo Mint Pie that combines the rich flavors of Oreo cookies and refreshing mint.


Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • Chocolate shavings or additional crushed Oreos for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter until well mixed.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add the powdered sugar and peppermint extract to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
  5. Fold in the whipped topping gently until fully incorporated.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust evenly.
  7. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings or additional crushed Oreos.

Notes

  • For a stronger mint flavor, increase the amount of peppermint extract.
  • Make sure the cream cheese is softened for easier mixing.
