Description

A delicious and easy-to-make appetizer featuring kielbasa sausages sliced Hasselback style and coated in mustard.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the kielbasa into Hasselback style, making cuts about 1/4 inch apart, but not cutting all the way through.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Brush the mustard mixture over the kielbasa, ensuring it gets into the cuts.
  5. Place the kielbasa on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and slightly caramelized.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
