Instructions
- Boil frozen peas in salted water for 3 minutes. Drain thoroughly.
- Transfer hot peas to a blender with cream, butter, salt, and pepper.
- Pulse until mostly smooth but still textured.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve immediately.
