Decadent mini cheesecakes featuring layers of dark, milk, and white chocolate, perfect for any chocolate lover.

- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate, melted
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate, melted
- 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted
- 1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- Chocolate shavings or chips for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until well combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of each liner.
- Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in another bowl until smooth.
- Add the sour cream and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into three bowls.
- To one, add the melted dark chocolate; to the second, add the milk chocolate; and to the third, add the white chocolate.
- Layer each type of cheesecake batter into the liners, starting with dark chocolate, then milk chocolate, and finally white chocolate.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until set.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings or chips before serving.
Notes
Consider using sugar substitutes for a diabetic-friendly version.
