Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Beat the egg whites in a mixing bowl on medium speed until soft peaks form. Gradually add granulated sugar, one tablespoon at a time, continuing to beat until the mixture is glossy and stiff peaks form.
- Fold in the vanilla extract and white vinegar gently.
- Spoon or pipe the meringue mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small nests.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 90 minutes, then turn off the oven and let them cool completely inside.
- Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Top each cooled meringue with whipped cream and a generous amount of fresh berries. Serve immediately and enjoy!
