Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the flour and diced butter in a bowl until crumbly.
- Add iced water gradually until the dough comes together.
- Roll out the dough and fold it several times to create layers.
- Roll it out again and cut into rectangles.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely.
- Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Layer the baked pastry with custard and whipped cream; repeat with additional layers.
- Dust the top layer with powdered sugar before serving.
