Description

A delicious blend of melted cheeses and chorizo, perfect for gatherings or a cozy night in.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz chorizo
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Oaxaca cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 jalapeño, diced
  • Tortilla chips, for serving
  • Sour cream, for serving
  • Salsa, for serving


Instructions

  1. Cook the chorizo in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  2. Stir in the diced tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, and cilantro, and cook for a few minutes until softened.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and add the Monterey Jack and Oaxaca cheese, stirring until melted and combined.
  4. Serve warm with tortilla chips, sour cream, and salsa.
