Ingredients

- 2 cups milk (whole milk or almond milk)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Combine the rice, cinnamon stick, and water in a bowl. Let it soak for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Blend the rice mixture until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a pitcher, discarding the solids.
- Stir in the milk, vanilla extract, and sugar until fully combined.
- Serve over ice and enjoy!
Notes
For a richer flavor, soak the rice for up to 12 hours and chill before serving for enhanced taste.
