Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup polenta
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake meatballs in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Slowly whisk in polenta and reduce heat to low. Cook, stirring frequently, for about 15-20 minutes until thickened.
- Stir in shredded mozzarella until melted and creamy.
- Heat marinara sauce in a separate pot until warm.
- Serve meatballs over creamy polenta, topped with marinara sauce.
