- Pizza dough
- Creamy mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle minced garlic evenly over the surface.
- Tear mozzarella cheese and distribute it over the dough.
- Zest and juice the lemon, then drizzle the juice over the cheese and sprinkle the zest on top.
- Add chopped parsley and grated parmesan over the pizza.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and slice before serving.
Notes
For a gourmet finish, try adding arugula or prosciutto after baking.
