- 1/4 cup toasted coconut (unsweetened)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Instructions
- Combine Greek yogurt, key lime juice, protein powder, lime zest, powdered swerve, and vanilla extract in a medium mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the prepared baking sheet, creating a thin layer.
- Sprinkle crushed graham crackers, toasted coconut, and lime zest over the yogurt layer.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours, or until frozen.
