- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- 1 cup whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well mixed. Press the mixture into the bottom of jars to form the crust.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth in another bowl. Gradually mix in the sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and lime zest until well combined.
- Spoon the lime mixture over the graham cracker crust in each jar.
- Top with whipped cream.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use freshly squeezed lime juice for the best flavor. Allow the jars to chill longer if possible for enhanced flavors.
