Description

A deliciously creamy fudge infused with Irish cream and crunchy pistachios.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup Irish cream liqueur
  • 1 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, stirring until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in Irish cream liqueur and vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in chopped pistachios until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  7. Once set, cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  • For a stronger flavor, increase the amount of Irish cream liqueur.
  • Feel free to substitute pistachios with other nuts if desired.
