Ingredients

- 1 lb fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 lb fresh pineapple, chopped
- 12 oz fresh blueberries
- 12 oz red grapes, sliced into halves
- 4 kiwis, peeled and chopped
- 3 mandarin oranges, peeled and sectioned
- 2 bananas, sliced (optional)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tsp lime zest (zest of 2 medium limes)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
Instructions
- Wash and chop all the fresh fruit as directed.
- Add all the prepared fruit to a large mixing bowl to combine.
- Whisk together in a separate small mixing bowl the honey, fresh lime zest, and lime juice until well combined.
- Pour the honey lime dressing over the fruit mixture.
- Gently toss all the fruits to evenly coat them with the dressing.
- Serve immediately to enjoy the fresh vibrant taste.
