- 2 lbs (900g) Frozen Gold Corn (or fresh corn cut off the cob)
- 1/2 cup (115g) Salted Butter
- 2 tbsp (42g) Raw Honey
- 4 oz (115g) Cream Cheese (softened and cubed)
- 1/4 cup (60ml) Heavy Cream
- 1/2 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp (6g) Fresh Green Chives (finely chopped for garnish)
Instructions
- Melt the salted butter in a large skillet over medium heat until it begins to foam.
- Add the frozen corn and stir to coat with butter.
- Cook for about 5-7 minutes, allowing the corn to soften and heat through.
- Drizzle the raw honey over the corn, mixing it well for an even glaze.
- Incorporate the softened cream cheese into the skillet, stirring until it melts and becomes creamy.
- Pour in the heavy cream and continue to stir until the mixture is well combined and velvety.
- Season with cracked black pepper and salt to taste, adjusting as necessary.
- Garnish with finely chopped fresh green chives just before serving.
Notes
Be careful not to overcook the corn to avoid mushy kernels.
