- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Drain excess fat and transfer the beef to the crockpot.
- Add the kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to the crockpot.
- Stir all ingredients until well combined.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot, garnished with your favorite toppings.
