Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  2. Drain excess fat and transfer the beef to the crockpot.
  3. Add the kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to the crockpot.
  4. Stir all ingredients until well combined.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with your favorite toppings.
