- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), shredded coconut, sea salt, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until well combined and the mixture is sticky.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish evenly.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the coconut-almond mixture and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
- Cut into bars or squares and enjoy!
