Ingredients

  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 cup protein-packed yogurt
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions


Instructions

  1. Layer the refried beans evenly at the bottom of a clear serving dish.
  2. Spread the protein-packed yogurt over the beans.
  3. Sprinkle the taco seasoning on top of the yogurt layer.
  4. Add the guacamole as the next layer.
  5. Follow with diced tomatoes and shredded lettuce.
