Description

A creamy, spicy dip loaded with tender chicken, zesty buffalo sauce, and gooey cheese, perfect for Halloween gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb shredded chicken breast
  • 16 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1-2 cups buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 lb sliced mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tube black writing gel

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine shredded chicken and buffalo sauce in a large plastic bag, mixing until all chicken is coated.
  3. Spread cream cheese on the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.
  4. Add buffalo chicken in a single layer on top of the cream cheese.
  5. Pour ranch dressing on top of the buffalo chicken, but don’t mix it in.
  6. Use a cookie cutter to cut out ghost shapes from the cheese slices.
  7. Top the chicken mixture with ghost cheese, making sure to not overlap.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Use writing gel to draw eyes and mouth on all the ghosts.
  10. Serve warm with chips, bread, crackers, and veggies.

Notes

Consider using rotisserie chicken for a quicker option. You can freeze leftovers for up to 2 months.
