- 1 package of Grinch cookie mix
- 1/2 cup of softened butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup of white chocolate chips
- Green food coloring (if not included in the cookie mix)
- Holiday-themed sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking sheet with non-stick spray or line it with parchment paper.
- Combine the Grinch cookie mix and softened butter in a bowl.
- Add the large egg to the mixture and stir until well incorporated.
- If necessary, mix in a few drops of green food coloring to achieve that perfect Grinch hue.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
- Sprinkle holiday-themed sprinkles on top of each dough ball.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely.
Notes
For thicker cookies, refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes before baking. Consider adding peppermint extract for a festive twist.
