Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate fudge frosting
  • 1 cup marshmallow buttercream


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until well combined.
  6. Scoop tablespoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  8. Allow cookies to cool completely.
  9. Spread chocolate fudge frosting on top of each cookie, then add a generous swirl of marshmallow buttercream.
