Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Whisk together the flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until well combined.
- Scoop tablespoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Allow cookies to cool completely.
- Spread chocolate fudge frosting on top of each cookie, then add a generous swirl of marshmallow buttercream.
