Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse the cherry tomatoes under cold water and pat dry.
- Slice each cherry tomato in half and place them in a baking dish.
- Add the minced garlic over the tomatoes.
- Drizzle the olive oil evenly across the tomatoes and garlic.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper to enhance the flavors.
- Toss gently until the tomatoes are well coated.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the tomatoes become tender and slightly caramelized.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
