Description

Tender steak cubes seared in garlic and butter, creating a rich and savory flavor that’s perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into cubes
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the steak cubes to the skillet in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  5. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with potatoes, rice, or veggies.

Notes

Use high heat for a beautiful sear and don’t overcrowd the skillet to avoid steaming the steak.
