Ingredients

  • 1 lb small potatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/2 cup beef broth


Instructions

  1. Place beef stew meat and halved potatoes in the slow cooker.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, then add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Stir in salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary, then add beef broth.
  4. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the beef and potatoes in the slow cooker.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the beef is tender.
