Description

A delightful frozen yogurt bark made with creamy Greek yogurt, fresh mixed berries, and protein powder, perfect for a healthy snack or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)


Instructions

  1. Combine Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and protein powder in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix until smooth.
