- 2 medium ripe bananas
- 4 tbsp peanut butter (or nut/seed butter of choice)
- 4-5 tbsp dark chocolate, melted
- 1/4 tsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp chopped peanuts (or other nuts/seeds)
- Pinch of flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice each banana in half lengthwise, then cut each half into two pieces for a total of 8 slabs.
- Spread about 1/2 tablespoon of peanut butter on each banana piece.
- Top with chopped peanuts and a pinch of sea salt.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dark chocolate mixed with coconut oil in short bursts until smooth.
- Drizzle or coat each banana slice in melted chocolate.
- Freeze for at least 60 minutes until the chocolate is set.
Notes
