Description

A delightful frozen treat made with ripe bananas, creamy peanut butter, and rich chocolate, perfect for a healthy indulgence.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter (or nut/seed butter of choice)
  • 4-5 tbsp dark chocolate, melted
  • 1/4 tsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp chopped peanuts (or other nuts/seeds)
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt


Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice each banana in half lengthwise, then cut each half into two pieces for a total of 8 slabs.
  3. Spread about 1/2 tablespoon of peanut butter on each banana piece.
  4. Top with chopped peanuts and a pinch of sea salt.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dark chocolate mixed with coconut oil in short bursts until smooth.
  6. Drizzle or coat each banana slice in melted chocolate.
  7. Freeze for at least 60 minutes until the chocolate is set.

Notes
