Description

A refreshing salad featuring crisp endive, sweet pears, creamy gorgonzola, and crunchy walnuts, drizzled with a tangy anchovy vinaigrette.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head of Endive
  • 1 head of Little gem lettuce
  • 2 Juicy pears
  • 100g Creamy gorgonzola cheese
  • 50g Toasted walnuts
  • 50ml Anchovy vinaigrette


Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the endive and little gem lettuce, and place them in a large salad bowl.
  2. Slice the pears and add them to the bowl.
  3. Crumble the gorgonzola cheese over the salad.
  4. Add the toasted walnuts for crunch.
  5. Drizzle the anchovy vinaigrette over the top and toss gently to combine.
  6. Serve immediately as a sophisticated side dish.

Notes

For a vegan option, omit the cheese and use a vegan dressing.
