Instructions
- Combine chopped tomatoes, sugar, lemon juice, and salt in a large pot.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture begins to boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for about 60 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the jam thickens.
- Add cinnamon and cloves, stirring to combine.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- Transfer to sterilized jars and store in the refrigerator.
