Description

A decadent dessert featuring layers of chocolate cake, creamy pudding, and fluffy whipped cream.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 chocolate cake, cubed
  • 2 cups chocolate pudding
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup toffee bits
  • Gluten-free alternative cake mix (if needed)
  • Dairy-free alternative pudding (if needed)
  • Vegan whipped cream (if needed)


Instructions

  1. Bake the chocolate cake according to package instructions. Allow it to cool and then cube it.
  2. Layer half of the cubed chocolate cake at the bottom of a trifle dish or large bowl.
  3. Spread half of the chocolate pudding over the cake cubes, followed by half of the whipped cream.
  4. Repeat these layers with the remaining cake, pudding, and whipped cream.
  5. Top the final layer of whipped cream with toffee bits.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before serving to allow the layers to set.
