Description

A refreshing and vibrant salad featuring crisp cucumbers dressed in a tangy and umami-rich sauce, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped scallions for garnish


Instructions

  1. Slice cucumbers thinly and place them in a large bowl.
