Instructions
- Place the chuck roast in the crockpot and season with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
- Add the chopped carrots, potatoes, onion, and garlic around the roast.
- Pour the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over the ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 480 minutes or on high for 240 minutes, until the meat is tender.
- Once done, remove the roast and vegetables, and let the gravy thicken if desired before serving.
