- 1 cup whole milk (chilled)

Instructions
- Whisk together flour, garlic powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Gradually add chilled milk while whisking until smooth.
- Heat vegetable oil in a heavy-bottom pan to 370°F.
- Dip each mushroom into the batter, then carefully remove with a fork.
- Fry in small batches using a slotted spoon until golden brown (about 4 minutes).
- Drain on paper towels, season with additional salt, and garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra crunch, double dip the mushrooms in the batter before frying and maintain oil temperature for consistent frying.
