Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 servings ramen noodles
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (like carrots, bell peppers, and snap peas)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large pot.
  2. Add sliced chicken, cooking until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the ramen noodles and mixed vegetables; cook according to noodle package instructions.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and soy sauce, and simmer for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
