Description

Delightful bites of crispy puff pastry filled with creamy Brie and complemented by tart cranberry sauce and aromatic rosemary.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed, about 8 oz)
  • 8 oz Brie cheese (cut into small cubes)
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce (homemade or canned whole-berry)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary (or ½ teaspoon dried)
  • 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pecans or walnuts (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin pan.
  2. Unfold the thawed puff pastry sheet on a floured surface and cut into 24 small squares.
  3. Press one pastry square into each mini muffin cup.
  4. Add a cube of Brie in the center of each.
  5. Spoon about ½ teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top of each piece of Brie.
  6. Drizzle with honey if desired, and sprinkle rosemary and nuts over each bite.
  7. Brush the pastry edges with egg wash.
  8. Bake for 13–15 minutes until the pastry is golden and puffed.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For those with dietary restrictions, consider using sugar-free alternatives for the honey.
